Yesterday there was a "Gherao" activity in Maintenance Office of DCW. In recent days our F. M. Office became worse than ever before.
Though we pay handsome amount of Maintenance Bill every month, we are not aware till date in which pocket it is going. Anyone can make out a large portion of the money is not utilised.
Let me furnish some example. After repeated appeal from residents as well as security staff, F. M. office is not putting any rules and regulation in common lawn. Hence behind Kids play area Children are playing Cricket in night with hard ball. It can always lead to a danger.
If anyone visit to the Children Play Area, a small area provide by builders with some plastic toys of inferior quality. The toilet stinks, dirty and no flush working. Following are some picture of the only wash basin in that room, spoiled indoor football games, scattered toys and damaged slips. All these are reported to F. M. Office without any action for months.
We must be aggressive to make them work as expected without listening excuses. Otherwise "Gherao" them for days till they start moving.
I shall personally talk to F. M. Office today to see if any improvement happens.
From the day of handing over of first lot Super Diamond Nirman Ltd. (SDNL) is showing a poor show till now. We acknowledge they did some good work and improved. But didn't we pay them for that?
We somehow get adjusted to be very happy when we get something. Our fully business-minded promoters and inefficient Property Management keep things pending for years. When few residents follow up or meet they come out with common excuses like:
- They are withdrawing or delaying some facility thinking about our long term safety :^o
- They wanted to do something but some of our residents (generally who are absent in the meeting) opposed it.
- If we meet Property Management alone they blame Navin, similarly if we meet Navin Bharatia, he blames or promise to check with Property Management.
- They can't take care of some investment as maintenance bills are due. Surprisingly all defaulters are investors or their relatives.
They are very much interested about internal fights, groupism and politics among residents. In several instances they deviate from announced policy and directly promote the chaos to soften our edge against developers.
We elected a committee in the name of DCW-SDC not only to organise cultural events but also to handle developers and taking care of amenities and maintenance. However while Cultural Events are taken care of very well other areas are neglected.
Lawn lights are not yet done, Temple work is slow, Swimming Pool plan is itself in deep water, Lake is just mini-version of black water sea!!! They are many more staring from Poor Maintenance, Mosquitoes, Insufficient Lights, Inadequate Securities and Cleaning Stuff, Dirty Lift...
Let us all be aware before it is too late, before they eat our money and maintenance charges for few years and flew away.
